Shipping

USA orders: All merchandise is shipped from our Los Angeles, California store. Most orders made before 2PM will be shipped that same business day. On some orders it may take 2-7 business days to process your order. Delivery takes from 1-6 business days to deliver it via your chosen shipping method and depending on your proximity to California. We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Pricing begins at $4.05, and goes up from there depending on what you order and what service you choose.

International orders: We ship via Usps/Fedex international priority, EMS or Global Priority Mail. It takes 1-5 business days to process the order and 3-9 business days to deliver. It may take longer depending on your country’s particular customs service. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees. We do not ship Fedex ground internationally. For Canada and Mexico orders, please use EMS.

Shipping options:

Priority Mail: takes an average of 2-3 days and they do deliver on Saturday’s. However, it can take much longer and is NOT guaranteed to reach it’s destination within the stated 2-3 day average, especially during the holidays. If you choose priority mail, we can not check on it’s status for 14 days. No tracking # is available.

Express Mail: Takes 1-2 days shipping time. They do deliver on Saturday. Requires a signature.

FEDEX Ground: Fedex home delivery/ground service takes 1-5 days for delivery depending on your proximity to Southern California. It is fully trackable and you will be emailed a tracking # when your order is shipped. You will be able to get online information about the package as soon as it is shipped. It may take a day or two longer to reach most places, but it is much more reliable than the Usps priority mail. We believe this is the best value.

FEDEX Express: Fedex Express includes Standard overnight, 2Day and express saver (3days). Fedex Express does not deliver on weekends. Ex: If your package is shipped Friday and you choose standard overnight service, your package will be delivered on Monday.

Unless you choose express mail, you shipment will NOT require a signature and will be left at your door or in your mailbox. We cannot leave special delivery instructions, ie: “leave the package on the side of the house under the ceramic frog” etc. If you need a signature, request a signature in the comments section at checkout. If you are not home during the day, your best option is to have the package delivered to an address that has people there during business hours, like your office.

Online updating: Many times we have to choose between getting your package out on time and updating the shipping information. We prefer to get all of our packages out on time rather than updating half of them and sending half. Please allow us at least 2 business days to process your order and update the website before you call to inquire about it. If you do call, it may take an additional 24 hours to get your package shipped. If you need information asap, you can send email to jjprogear@gmail.com

Return Policy

Jiu Jitsu Pro Gear would like to thank you for your purchase. As our customer, your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it for an exchange or refund.

To return an unwanted product for a full refund of the purchase price, please send the item back within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that our return policy only covers unopened (DVD's e etc.) or unworn / unwashed products. Items must be returned in original packaging and/or in new condition. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
